assionate about coaching, leadership and recruitment, this is something Kenny has been driven to accomplish even from a young age when he worked as a softball and baseball coach taking a team to the Little League Baseball Championship and winning! Transitioning this passion into the business world, Kenny owned several businesses before entering into a partnership with a Middle Tennessee mortgage company and present-day partner, Stacy Strobl, growing from two loan officers to 52 and licensed in four states. The original plan was to grow this business when an opportunity to diversity with EXIT Realty was presented.

In 2011, the duo bought their first EXIT franchise in Madison, Tennessee. With only nine franchises in Tennessee, Kenny was convinced they needed to buy the franchisor rights to state of Tennessee thinking it was a game-changer and everyone should want to do it! Although it was the tail end of a recession, this was a vision Kenny saw clearly and it began an incredible growth and success story for the accomplished business team.  Within the first four years, they quadrupled the number of Realtors® in Tennessee earning their first #1 Region in North America with EXIT Realty Corp. International.  In 2019, the duo broke the all-time corporate record of franchises sold!

Today, the Nashville native is focused on the growth and development of the five-state region which stretches South to East in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Kentucky with the goal and drive to be #1 something Kenny lives daily!

His off-hours find him hanging with this dog, Jake, and drag racing which he’s done since the age of 16. Kenny holds a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) license and you can find him racing up to 135 MPH on the weekends with his latest dragster, funded by residuals he has earned through the EXIT system.

Helping develop and mentor others with toward career and goals success has been a constant theme of Stacy’s business and personal life. A real estate and mortgage industry leader for over two decades, Stacy is a native of Middle Tennessee and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Memphis. She began her career teaching in the Shelby County School System and earned her Realtor® license with the desire sparked early by helping her parents flip properties. She ironically made her entire teaching salary within one summer in real estate.  With a family move, she went on to teach in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

She returned to Tennessee, and, in 2004, she co-founded a mortgage company in Franklin. After working with Kenny Lynn as colleagues in the mortgage industry, in 2009, they formed a partnership, and, three years later, they purchased their first EXIT franchise. The duo went on to acquire the rights to EXIT Realty Tennessee and within the first four years established it as one of the fastest growing real estate regions quadrupling the number of Realtors® and earning EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Region of the Year.  Adding to Tennessee, the rights to Kentucky, Georgia and Florida were purchased with the rebranding as EXIT Southeast.  In 2021, the duo were appointed Regional Directors for the state of Texas.  Throughout this impressive history, the team have consistently earned #1 in Franchise Sales and #1 Region in North America as well as being honored with a Superior Growth & Development Award and with a Leader’s Leader honor. In 2019, the the duo broke the all-time corporate record of franchises sold!

In 2022, Stacy was named a Nashville Business Journal’s Woman of Influence in the Top Executive category. Stacy and Kenny continue to earn accolades including being a top Nashville Business Journal’s Best in Business honoree numerous times.

Today, she oversees the growth and development of the five-state regional operation supporting franchise owners, brokers, agents and support staff while overseeing EXIT Southeast’s marketing, training, compliance and special events.

She and her sons, Brady and Tyler, make their home outside of Nashville with a passion for sports and extracurricular school activities.

A home industry veteran, Valerie is originally from Madison, Tennessee and began at a very early age, working in the service industry before transitioning into the home mortgage world. In 1995, she began this career working her way up from receptionist to loan processor.  In 2003, she established her own contract loan processing business, Faithful Processing. At one time, Kenny and Stacy were each individually clients of hers. In 2010, the duo recruited Valerie to work full-time for their Franklin-based mortgage company. Today, she serves as Director of Operations for the five-state EXIT Southeast region assisting day-to-day in marketing and franchise support as well as compliance and coordinating regional events from training to annual awards celebrations.
